Question 1

How can we reserve a date or book an event with EXMACHINE?

Accepted Answer

To book an event, submit an inquiry via our contact form or send us an email at hello@exmachine.co. Once we confirm availability and align on your event format, guest count, and company objectives, we will provide you with a tailored agreement. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the countersigned contract and down payment.

Question 2

What event formats and core pillars does EXMACHINE offer?

Accepted Answer

EXMACHINE specializes in high-engagement, unconventional B2B corporate event engineering. Our core offerings include:Off the Record: Berlin’s premier B2B corporate singles matchmaking event, featuring a proprietary, masked, and privacy-first format.
Experiential Events: Dynamic team gatherings with bold icebreaker rituals, interactive games, and structured networking.
Custom Corporate Events: Tailor-made B2B event solutions aligned with company culture, employer branding, and HR wellbeing goals.
Full-Service Event Logistics: End-to-end event management including custom catering, AV tech setup, photo/video production, and full liability coverage.

Question 3

What food and beverage options are served?

Accepted Answer

We offer customizable B2B catering and beverage packages tailored to your group—ranging from seated multi-course meals and flying buffets to custom cocktail menus and interactive food stations. Dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc.) must be shared in advance to ensure seamless preparation.

Question 4

Can we order à la carte or customize drink packages?

Accepted Answer

For corporate events, we work with pre-agreed food and beverage packages to ensure smooth service and flawless execution. The chosen package applies to the whole group, though additional special drinks or custom menu upgrades can be arranged on-site.

Question 5

Can we play our own music, bring a DJ, or have live performances?

Accepted Answer

Yes! EXMACHINE events are built around high-energy, immersive sound and visual experiences. You can share your Spotify playlist, hire a DJ, or bring live performers. Since our flagship underground vault venue (EINKELLER) has no noise limits, live audio setups and full-volume DJ sets can continue past standard curfew hours without compliance issues.

Question 6

Are there noise limits or strict 22:00 quiet hours (Ruhezeit)?

Accepted Answer

Unlike most event venues in Berlin, EINKELLER (located at Wilhelm-Kabus-Straße 24, 10829 Berlin) features exceptional underground soundproofing. The strict 22:00 Ruhezeit (quiet hours) rule does not apply inside, allowing high-energy celebrations, corporate parties, and live sets to run at full volume without noise restrictions.

Question 7

What is the standard duration and latest possible closing time?

Accepted Answer

Our standard corporate event package spans 3 to 6 hours, but extended or late-night formats can be custom-arranged upon request. Extension charges are calculated transparently based on guest count and duration. Because our primary vault venue is free from local curfew restrictions, closing times are highly flexible.

Question 8

Do you provide AV technical equipment and staging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our full-service event logistics include high-end AV tech setup. EINKELLER comes equipped with customizable mood lighting, atmospheric stage lighting, professional sound systems, wireless microphones, and dedicated projection spaces. Additional specialized tech can be provided upon request for private hires.

Question 9

Is the venue dog-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are a dog-friendly space. If your team or guests prefer to bring their dogs to daytime or outdoor corporate gatherings, we will ensure they are comfortable and well cared for with water and designated spots.

Question 10

What payment options and invoicing terms are available?

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% down payment upon contract signing to lock in the venue and date, with the remaining balance due after the event. Payments can be made via B2B bank transfer. We provide ONE consolidated corporate invoice per event—individual payments at tables/bars are not accommodated for group packages.

Question 11

Is outdoor space available for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For outdoor receptions, warm-weather gatherings, and large-scale summer corporate socials, we host events at Engelnest Garden, an open-air venue accommodating up to 500 guests. For indoor events at EINKELLER, dedicated outdoor break areas are also available.

Question 12

Can we adjust seating arrangements or bring custom branding and decor?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer flexible floor plans—including seated dining, standing receptions, lounge setups, and interactive game areas. You are welcome to brand the space with company logos, roll-ups, custom ambient lighting matching your brand colors, and interactive corporate installations.

Question 13

Can we access the venue early for setup or branding installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arrival for setup, deliveries, or custom branding installation prior to the official event start time can be arranged in advance and is subject to schedule availability.

Question 14

Can we host a corporate lunch event with EXMACHINE?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We host dedicated corporate lunch events and daytime workshops. Our primary indoor vault space (EINKELLER) can accommodate up to 100 guests for seated lunch arrangements and up to 200 guests for standing or flying-buffet lunch events. Larger daytime events can also be hosted in our open-air garden space.

Question 15

What is EXMACHINE’s cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full cancellation/refund minus administrative costs. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, the 50% down payment is non-refundable due to venue reservation and third-party vendor commitments.
